Internal Exam Policy

• Attendance marks be given as per the norms set for the same.

• Those who have not attended internal exam – no marks to be given.

• Those who have not submitted assignment – no marks to be given.

• Test paper and assignment sheet to be kept in store as a proof.

The College tries to make it possible for all the missed out and freshly admitted students to appear for the internal assessment test (IAT) as part of the formative assessment.

Promote maximum possible marks with gradation based on the quality of papers and timeliness.

Immediately after the scheduled test, the list of those who were absent is made.

An application form (down loadable or made available through the college software) is be filled with the provisions to indicate subjects and verification by the subject teacher and the HoD.

Re-examination fee shall be Rs. 100 per paper. For those students who had a genuine reason and had intimated the department/course teacher through proper communication, the fees shall be Rs. 50.00 per paper. Those who belong to SC/ST community shall have a 50% concession on this fees.

Note:The list of the students failing to avail this provision is prepared. The mentor/HoD could work with them to help them out. Another chance may be given with Rs. 250.00 per paper. No concession is granted on this fees.

Or else no marks for the internal be awarded for the test.

Orientation regarding CONTINUOUS ASSESSMENT is to be given to all the students.
